Well folks, it's done. Not the whole kitchen -- heavens no! But over the weekend I installed the counter and the dishwasher (with essential help of Sahil, Harry, Talin, & Laura from Heather's work).
There's some details that I still need to tend to -- rope lights & making another breadboard. But being that major cabinet operations appear to be over, I'm ready to declare "Mission Accomplished!"
(Well, at least this part of it. I still have one more wall of cabinetry including a refrigerator, a linoleum floor, and tile backsplashes yet to do. But that's for September.)
