Yeah, I know. I've been busy doing non-photogenic things -- like paid work and installing floor underlayment.
But the picture day arrived, my friends -- the deee-lux refridgeration unit arrived on Monday. Take a gander:

If you notice up top, I primed the soffitt and the a/c guys came & installed the vents.
A place to keep my spices proved to be a problem. Since I'm removing the cabinets that had flanked the exhaust fan, where the heck do the spices go. My solution: behind the fridge. And yes, it slides out. Again, take a look:

The next step is to install a maple panel on the side of the fridge. That'll wrap up the "keeping the food cold" portion of the project, leaving the remaining cabinets, exhaust fan, flooring, & tiling.
